About
Hi! I’m Hannah!
I’m a psychologist passionate about providing person-centered and holistic care. I deeply enjoy getting to know my clients and supporting them as they explore their emotions, identities, and experiences.
I bring a wide range of clinical experience to my practice. I earned my master’s in Mental Health Counseling and a doctorate in Clinical Psychology, with a focus on trauma, attachment, and weight-inclusive/fat liberational care. Over the years, I’ve worked in schools, residential programs, universities, and outpatient clinics, primarily supporting children, adolescents, families, and college students.
When I’m not in the office, I enjoy hiking and cuddling with my pups, playing cozy video games, and reading by the YouTube fireplace.
Approach
My approach is grounded in relational-cultural theory and liberation psychology. These perspectives help us develop awareness of how relationships with ourselves, others, communities, and systems shape our well-being. Above all, I strive to create a collaborative, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive space where you feel seen and valued as the expert of your own life.
While these are the central frames I hold, every client deserves care that is tailored to their unique goals, needs, and stages of life. Therefore, I use an integrative approach, drawing from training in a variety of evidence-based practices, such as CBT, DBT, narrative, and emotion-focused therapy. My goal is to support clients and meet them where they are are.
