Something I have found helpful, both as a therapist and as a human being, is how books can expand my awareness and assist me in areas of growth. Here are some recommendations that I have read that may be helpful to you. These do not replace therapy, but can be a resource that is adjunctive to therapy or beneficial while you wait for services.
